Our Philosophy

The philosophy of the Chris Guillen Photography Group is best demonstrated by each photographer’s passion for meeting people and creating stories through pictures. We believe that photography is a powerful medium that provides visual narration of the important moments in people’s lives. Our natural approach to photography captures the true essence of people, personalities, relationships, and families.

We believe in an excellent final product. We photograph mostly in black and white film and print archival fiber base prints by hand in our own darkroom. This process creates prints that will last for future generations. Archival color prints are also available.
